The Rental Application below is for our Residential Properties.
Please provide all requested information on the rental application. Applications are accepted via email, mail or hand delivery to the rental office of Henry Briggs & Associates, Inc. at 2912 West Moore Street, Richmond, Virginia 23230. It is important that two recent pay stubs (or any other income verification) and a copy of your picture ID be returned with the completed application. A non-refundable application fee in the amount of $30.00 per applicant will be due prior to processing any application.
